This is an example of Upcycling from a Thrift Score.
I found this miniature wooden hutch at a second hand store in Corpus Christi, Texas. It was Christmas red on the outside and Christmas green on the inside. It was missing the handle for the door. I refinished in off white, used a crackle medium and then antiqued with slight distressing, repainted the wire scroll in the door an antique copper, then I hand painted fall leaves, and pumpkins on the top and sides. A long vintage lamp glass bead was added to the door as "the handle".
